Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Temply TH (templyth.com) is operated by an individual in Thailand. Contact: support@templyth.com

2. Accounts

• Provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, sharing download access, or breaching these terms.

3. Products and prices

• Products are digital files (for example Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, and Canva templates). Nothing is shipped physically.
• Prices are shown in Thai baht. You pay the price shown when your order is created.

4. Payment and delivery

• Payment is by PromptPay QR, which expires after 15 minutes. An order is complete once our payment provider confirms payment.
• After payment you can download your files immediately from “Account & downloads” and download them again while your account is active.
• If you paid but have no download access after 30 minutes, contact us with your order number.

5. Licence

• After payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for personal use or in your own business, including modifying it for that use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files or download links, or sell the template, modified or not, as your own template product.
• Copyright in the templates remains with Temply TH or the original creator.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy at templyth.com/en/refund-policy.

7. Limitation of liability

• Templates are organisational tools, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Check formulas and results before relying on them.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and governing law

• We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
