Refund Policy
Effective 12 October 2026
Our products are digital files available for immediate download. We refund faulty products and payment errors reported within 7 days of payment.
1. Eligible refunds
- The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- The product differs materially from its description on the product page.
- You were charged twice for the same product, or you paid but did not receive download access.
2. Not eligible
- Change of mind after downloading, because digital files cannot be returned.
- Buying the wrong product without reading its description or tool requirements (for example, needing a Notion or Canva account).
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment, except duplicate charges.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@templyth.com from your account email with your order number, the product name, and a description of the problem (screenshots help).
- We reply within 3 business days and may ask for details or offer a corrected file first.
4. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are paid in full within 14 days, to the original payment method or to the PromptPay or bank account you provide.
- Download access and the licence for a refunded product end, and you must delete any downloaded copies.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
