Employee Shift Planner Premium (Google Sheets)

A Google Sheets shift planner for cafes, restaurants and small shops, prepared for 30 employees and 10 shift types from October 2026 to September 2027. Plan daily shifts, view a week, total monthly planned hours, handle overnight shifts and unpaid breaks, check minimum staffing per shift, flag weekly hours over your own target and estimate hourly labour costs. Dates are stored separately so changing the view does not move past assignments. Includes a fictional cafe example and Thai instructions. Hours belong to the shift start date. Planning only: no actual clock-in, overtime, tax or payroll. Changing shift definitions or rates recalculates history; keep a snapshot before changes.
